DELIVERIES

We can deliver your order in the Papamoa/Mount Maunganui/Tauranga areas from Tuesday - Saturday.

​We offer a same-day delivery service in these areas for orders made before 11.30am on the day of delivery.

Delivery charges for Papamoa/Mount Maunganui are $15.00, Tauranga $26.00. When ordering online, this will appear at the checkout.

If you are wanting an order delivered to another area, please phone us to discuss further.

Currently there is no delivery service on public holidays or for rural deliveries.
Ensure correct delivery address
Please ensure that you enter all the correct details at the time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions. If we are sent to an incorrect address and need to re-deliver your order, an additional delivery charge may apply.
Can I choose the date of my delivery?
Yes, when ordering online, when you click into the product you want to purchase, you will see a pull down menu offering delivery days.
If you are ordering in advance, please "add a note" in the checkout or phone us to discuss further.
Can I select a time for my gift delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide specific time slots for orders.
What if nobody is home to take delivery of my order?
If nobody is home and we are able to leave the flowers in safe location, this is what we will do.
If we are unable to leave the flowers in a safe location, then your order will be returned to us. The recipient is then welcome to collect the order from our Daisy May caravan or we can re-deliver the flowers for you (please note that an additional courier charge may apply).
ORDERS FOR PICK UP

When you make your order online, choose the day you would like to collect from the pull down menu (found when you click on the product you are ordering). Then from the checkout, be sure to choose "Pick up from Daisy May caravan" from the shipping option.
