As a family owned and operated business, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, word of mouth and repeat business.  To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, Daisy May Flowers guarantee to use the freshest available seasonal blooms and quality products in all our bouquets, flower arrangements and other products we sell.

Return and Refunds

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please choose your order carefully as we do not provide refunds if you change your mind.

Flowers are a product of nature and a flowers life span is dependent on its species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others.   You can generally expect your flowers to last up to 7 days, provided they are cared for correctly.

Flower Care

Here are some simple care instructions which will help prolong the life of your flowers:

  • Remove all lower leaves from flowers so they aren't in the water

  • Trim the stems regularly

  • Change the water every other day

  • Avoid direct sunlight and choose a draft-free area (including air conditioning units)

  • Add a tablespoon of sugar to the water - the sugar will help nourish the flowers and promote opening of the blooms

If you are unhappy with your flowers after our simple care instructions have been followed, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of flowers/orders to discuss.  

Please note that we may firstly request a photo of the flowers and can only replace them if we are able to pick up the old flowers at the same time as we deliver the replacements.

Non-perishable products may be approved for a refund if returned in new condition - the exception is gift vouchers which cannot be returned/refunded.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Given the perishable nature of most of our flower items, we do not offer refunds on cancelled orders that have been picked and arranged, or are already out with the courier for delivery.

If you have changed your mind and need to cancel your order, please call us on 021 718 201 as soon as possible.

PRIVACY

Daisy May Flowers understands your concern about security and privacy and will never give out, sell or rent your email address or any other customer information to any other company.

Unless we are required by law, we will not give information to any third party without your permission.

PRICING

Prices are stated in New Zealand dollars and include GST.  These are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

All credit/debit card purchases made on this website are processed using Stripe, which is a secure online payment gateway.  This process is easy, quick and secure and ensures that your credit/debit card and personal details are kept protected and safe.
