Do you deliver?

Yes, currently we deliver in Papamoa and Mount Maunganui areas for $10 and Tauranga for $18. When you order online, this will be added to your cart at the checkout. If you are wanting a delivery outside of these areas, please contact us for more information.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Yes! The Daisy May is a bespoke caravan that we travel around in, parking up on Papamoa Beach Road, currently in two locations on different days. We have a variety of fresh and dried flowers as well as pre-made bouquets and other gifts. We are generally there, rain or shine. We always post on our Facebook page if we have had to cancel for any reason. Please refer to location on our website to find out where the Daisy May can be found on various days.

Can I choose the colours and/or the flowers for a bouquet?

We can do out best to choose a colour theme you may have in mind - please phone us to discuss further.

Do you deliver flowers on public holidays?

Unfortunately we don't operate on public holidays. If you would like to place an order for the business day before the public holiday, we would be delighted to deliver the flowers/order for you.

What if nobody is home to take delivery of my order?

If nobody is home and we are able to leave the flowers in a safe location, this is what we will do. If we are unable to leave the flowers in a safe location, then your order will be returned to us. The recipient is welcome to collect the order from our Daisy May caravan or we can re-deliver the flowers for you (please note that an additional courier charge may apply). Can I choose a date for delivery?

Yes, when ordering online, when you click into the product you want to purchase, you will see a pull down menu offer delivery days. If the date you desire is further out, then please "add a note" in the checkout or phone us to discuss further.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and online payments are processed through a secure third-party, Stripe.

Can you send me a photo of the gift before you send it?

Yes! Once the order is made, we will send you a photo so you can see what the recipient will receive. Please remember to leave your contact details when placing the order.

How long can I expect my flowers to last?

With proper care, our flowers will usually last 7 days. Different flowers naturally have differing lifespans but we always try to include varieties that we're sure will last the distance. Please refer to our " simple care instructions" to get the most out of your flowers.

Can I select a time for my gift delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide specific time slots for orders, sorry.

Can you send a personal message with my order?

Yes, when you click on the item you are wanting to buy, there is a pulldown menu for the delivery day to select and under that is the "message for the card". Simply type in there what you want to stay and we will add a message on a card with your order at no extra charge.
